Ducks 13

Firstly I've got to say The Duck is a guy you've got to admire. He lives in the Colorado Mountains with his beautiful Mexican wife Juanita. Below is the view he has, wow. (Note the dog Jitterbug sat on the 5 foot snow drift.)

The picture below is Ducks little toy, it's a 100cc Hybrid called Combat Rat. I guess living up in the hill's it's the ideal transport every bike would need.

But then again the Duck ain't just any biker, he's got a nice Zed Thou' for the big old road's and the times he want's to go a little faster than the 100cc will take him.

Not wanting this story to be one sided I must point out yeh yeh Duck has his toy's but so does Juanita. Below is her jet ski, a 650 Kawasaki sport cruiser.

Now back to The Duck and his toy's. When the Zed Thou just ain't got the top end or staying power for huge long hauls across state or even down to the nearest town for chili peppers. He gets out his next bike...

The 1300 Voyager!!! I guess this is one lucky guy. The Voyager is being stripped to be converted into a cruiser. (To look more like the Zed Thou). A 13 is a toy and a half and more bike than many can handle, but I forgot to mention that The Duck is a mere 73 years old. That's right the guy you've been reading about is a 73 year old hero. He should inspire you all, you ain't never gonna be to old to ride that bike. Below is this biking icon.

I also forgot to mention not only does he haul a 300+kg bike around the mountains he rallies and parties along with the best of them. Above he's at an American Voyager rally.

The photo above left ain't that clear but it shows just how many of the AVA showed up to the West Virgina Rally August 2000. Wow. Our man won the jacket he proudly holds up at this rally. The above right picture is of Guido and Anita Van Dessel the AVA chapter president from Belgium. I guess he won furthest travelled owner.

The set above are taken from the September 1999 Black Hill of South Dakota Rally. These guy's get around don't they. The above left is a herd of buffalo who just wanted to prove they where bigger than a Voyager.

This next set of pictures shows the transformation of the ducks Voyager into a custom 13. Remember this guy's no spring chicken (Sorry no offence intended.)
